The Sky Bet Ebor Festival 2024

The moment had arrived, the time where the previews and hype would end and the world's stage would descend on York for one of the highlights in Yorkshire racing, the Ebor Festival. 
The four day celebration of talent has oceans of history and accomplishment and provides tests of all kinds for the racehorse. From speed to precocity, stamina to quality - there is something for everyone at York. 
Day one would be headlined by the Juddmonte International, officially a top ten rated race in the world and a contest won by some of the all time greats of the turf. 
Day two is always a highlight on the social calendar as Ladies' Day focusses on fashion off the track and the fillies on track. The Yorkshire Oaks is also a race filled with shocks and drama.

Day three would be a blend of speed and stamina with staying races over two miles alongside the fast and furious in the Nunthorpe Stakes where speed is unrestricted and the fastest horses in the world do battle.

Day four is headlined by York's famous handicap, the Ebor. Now worth a huge £1,000,000 to the winner, it now attracts plenty of high class horses and racing figures to the Knavesmire with the same aim of landing the famous trophy.
