Malton Open Day 2021
A really lovely morning spent at Star Cottage, home of trainer Julie Camacho, husband/assistant trainer Steve Brown and their friendly and hard-working staff. Housing 50 boxes, here is an album of some familiar faces and names to make notes of.
Malton Stables Open Day is a yearly initiative ran by Racing Welfare which allows the general public to gain behind the scenes of a racing stable and get to meet the equine stars. Malton is the Northern hub of racing which other trainers such as Richard Fahey, Tim Easterby and John Quinn all among the list of great trainers in the area. This year's edition was part of the inaugural National Racehorse Week, which highlights everything about this great sport and is a great acknowledgement of the dedication given by every member of staff in the business.
